Yes, bet365 do not accept bitcoin and not accepting any other crypto, they only accept fiat. PayPal would be a very good alternative but if it is accepted, I do not think OP would create this thread. Not all countries that accept Paypal, there are some countries that you can Pay with PayPal but people can not pay into your PayPal account, though I do not know if it still work like this in some countries.
