Maybe it hadn't got much of use cases, but considering many other memecoins and altcoins in the market Shiba have got good number of use case. because i have not seen ever such active team members instead of another meme coins teams,
shiba inu have a several real use cases, & it's own a big community and that's reflect on the 24 hours trading volume.

Shiba inu is a very popular coin meme in 2021 and to have such a huge communication and following behind it, and the management and development team is doing great.
How could it not be while the Shiba Inu itself managed to experience its heyday by achieving the highest ATH in just 4 years from the first Shiba coin was created.
Very different from other coin memes that have to painstakingly develop and take years to survive and experience glory.
