You better write a one-pager with a short idea about what's the project, how will it work, and why you think it's going to be a big project. If some investors find the idea is solid and there's a chance of flourishing the project in the future, they may decide to invest. I don't understand the mentality of the people who think that people are so dumb and will give money to the OP on his two-liners telling everyone that he is developing something big (in dreams ).

I would call it a big project to get a big investment to scam.
