The Argentine coach (Lionel Scaloni) decided to substitute Di Maria, because at that time France was nowhere in the picture. Argentina was completely dominating the match and the ball possession was mostly with them. They were ahead by 2-0 and Scaloni wanted to give some rest to di Maria, who looked very tired. But things suddenly changed after the penalty kick on 80th minute. Mbappe scored another goal in around 90 seconds to level the scores at 2-2. Anyway, it was the most exciting word cup final that I watched, ever since I started watching world cup in 1998.

France was no where in the final neither with the ball not with attack and strike. The penalty at 80th minute changed all the scene of game and than another goal from Mbappe, this is definitely most interesting world cup I have ever watched because of the passion from both teams no one gave up till the last minute.
