Elon Musk is one of the influencers who can influence market price movements as we saw before and so far whatever coin he tweets will definitely make coin prices rise even if only temporarily, but if we talk about bitcoin price speculation in the middle of 2023 then I not too sure if the market will move the way Elon Musk said because many times we notice the market will not always move the way we expect it to.
