is there any reason or guarantee when bitcoin price 2013 july $65 and goes up to 2017 ATH price $20k and after that it reaches ATH again in 2021 $60k, who guarantees?

we don't know anything that will happen in the future to bitcoin and there is no guarantee whether bitcoin can go down further or it will go even higher. but what we know here is that bitcoin's track record has never disappointed investors and BTC holders

Indeed, Bitcoin's historical data show's an upward pattern, It is continuously rising each and every year passed. Bitcoin exist for just more than a decade and it hasn't even reached the Global adoption yet, where it became one of the mainstream option for payment or means to transfer money. So, thinking Bitcoin would drop below that level at this early stage of Bitcoin, might be a bit of absurd, considering those reason I have mentioned above.

And that is what we call bitcoin cycle, every 4 years after the block halving regardless of what the current price is, will go shoot for a new all time high. So very slim chance that we will see $100 again, perhaps in it's early years yeah, but as the years past by and as people see how bitcoin is for the future the price started to rise up and maybe in the next bull run, we will see 6 digits.

Bearish is normal in any market, but it doesn't mean that the market itself can't bounce back, you can see it even in stocks and other financial and traditional market.
