But if your electricity bills are high every month so that you can somehow save on its consumption, maybe the first thing I can recommend is to use solo mining, first estimate the cost, and then add it when you see or know about it first.

Where you mine has NOTHING to do with how much power a miner uses.
For any given miner, only 3 things affect power usage:
Chip speed
Vcore
Temperature
