Scammers are really smart and they will use every single tool at their disposal to deceive gamblers, the tactic you describe is not as effective against internet users which have been using it since the early days, since we are used to look for what we want and navigate through different pages as back then search engines were not very good, but against people that have used search engines when they became really efficient and you only needed to click the first or the second link this tactic can be very effective, because even ads are placed above the search results and many people incorrectly assume they are just the first result they got from their query, when in fact it is the website of a scammer.

Scammers are getting smarter with the technology updates and they are trying new ways to attract and trap big whales. Many are falling prey to scammers for using a variety of sophisticated techniques. So now it becomes very difficult to identify a legit casino and a scam casino. So it is important for us to be very smart along with the scammers so that we do not fall into their trap

I could say that its not that hard if we do really just trying out to see those obvious red flags.First you would be noticing it out into their site GUI/GUX which it would really be that obvious or you could really tell if a

site does have that ample or sufficient budget or allocation and having that good looking will really be telling you that they are really indeed capable.Although, this isnt really just
just enough for you to make yourself that convinced nor getting confident that you are dealing with a legit one.If you are really that not convinced then you should dig deeper for something.
If ever you do see some too good to be true offerings then that one is a sign that you should really be making some further verification.

Looking at the way a casino website is designed and using that to ascertain or differentiate legitimate online casino to a scam one is one of the biggest mistakes a gambler would make,
Personally, I think this shouldn't even be in the equation in the first place, I can tell you that there are serious and dedicated scammers that are ready to spend an entire year building one website as long as they are sure that it will pay off in the end, and such a site if carefully built, will show zero or close to zero red flags at the beginning.

To avoid being a victim of fraudulent casinos, some rules I've set for myself is -
- Never to gamble on a casino that is outside this forum
- Never to gamble on a brand new casino until they have lasted for some time and have produced some happy customers(with some exceptions)
- If i must gamble on a brand new casino, then i must not be the first to, i must wait for some other gamblers to try it first and come back with their review, and even at this, i will start with a very small amount of money and will never leave any remaining money on the casino until i am comfortable doing so.

I know this rules might not prevent one from falling a victim in the long run, but if followed diligently, it would sure reduce the chances of a gambler ever being a victim of a scam casino .
