One could argue whether what he is doing is spam or not, but he has not been banned yet, I do not think he should be.
He will most probably give up at some point just like other 1xbit victims regardless of whether he is spamming or not.
I don't think he should give up. However, if someone posts something for 8 months and doesn't get any results, it would be just stupid to continue, unless it's for revenge.
Revenge for blocking seems to me the most probable here, because if it was about clarifying the case, he would have found another way of communication a long time ago.
