I spend the majority of my time on BTT using my phone, and the experience has been fantastic. In comparison to a PC, I wouldn't say there are many differences that make one feel uneasy or provide a poor user experience. Although it may be your first time, the experience with a mobile phone is relatively similar to that of a PC.

If you have the Google Sheets app installed on your phone, you should have no problem accessing those kind of spreadsheets from your phone either. Which also includes pretty much every signature campaign spreadsheet.

When I use mobile phones to access campaign spreadsheets, I usually run into the same problem. It takes longer to load and display all information in the spreadsheet. I have the Google Sheets App installed on my phone, but I still have the same problem, though not with all spreadsheets, just a few of them. I haven't tried opening those spreadsheets on a PC yet; perhaps it will be much easier to do so there.
