The account is already being marked in red and when their resume their vacation they see what happened and will respond accordingly.
I was not aware of of that role taken by the former manager to be honest, but it would make sense if they managed to reach a fair deal with them.
Anyways, to be honest I feel rather pessimistic on the situation with this service nowadays, mostly for the people who are having trouble with their money, this kind of things are supposed to be taken care shifty, specially if an official account is already dealing with red trust...
