from what I see OP does not have any valid evidence to support his claim or accusation against this casino, I realized that OP was online when the casino representative made a post asking OP to send the username, OP was online for a long time but not replied to the casino representative in this thread, I still don't know if the OP has PMed the casino representative, but I must say that the OP's behavior is not good at least so far he doesn't seem like the type of person to be making a valid claim with evidence, anyway I could be wrong, anyway in the next few hours or days we will see OP's position

Because of the high rate of fake accusations from newbies without relevant evidence it has made it look as if this type of accusations are sponsored by passive rivals who hide under newbie accounts just to cause fuds for their competitors.
If oos is serious and have any level of evidence and truth in what he said, then he should have created this thread in reputation, accompanied with relevant evidence for clarity.
But in this case, the ops just created the thread and ran away without any response.
I doubt that it's a sponsored by a rival situation and fall more along the lines with the recent blackmail situation we've been dealing with where basically an user vowed to bring our trustpilot reputation + bitcointalk and other possible online medias to the lowest possible unless we pay him some amount of money to make it stop, something we will 100% not be doing!

every user is not a blackmailer, maybe someone is blackmailing you out there but every post here is not from blackmailer. as its make it hard to find even a legit user issue becouse of that, nor my intentions are to blackmail anyone, and i can not.
this is so eassy to cheack your support email and reply me their instead of coloring my thread with emotional lines. i do not want my user name to be public as i am using same username on all casino's.
