support said they were restricted from withdrawals due to bonus abuse and asked lois2016 to deposit 1500 usd and wager 3000 usd to remove account restrictions.
This is daylight robbery and one that shouldn't be encouraged, if a casino feels the gambler abused their bonus offer, i think its necessary for such a casino to accuse the gambler with proof of what they did, not just tell the gambler that he or she abused their bonus offer and seize his withdrawals, asking them to deposit and wager some ridiculous amount of money before they can be able to withdraw.
I think lois2016 should go ahead and open a scam accusation if he is sure that he did not abuse the bonus the casino offered,
And on BC.game , they should provide proof that this user actually abuse their bonus offer, asking for $1500 deposit and wager of $3000 to unlock a locked account is outrageous, why not just give the user back his deposit and close his account.
