Fair enough although your last response was on the 12th not the 13th. Not a big deal but things should be different with customer support, they need to be more responsive.
Currently there are 4 complaints.
What about Ptolemy's complaint. I hope you just didn't read his posts and you are not intentionally ignoring him.
although the customer support team and compliance team has told me that
they do not disclose the exact reasons why accounts get banned or locked. However some illegal actions are: Multiple accounts, Illegal Arbitrage betting etc.
I understand that some sensitive information can't be disclosed but you need to provide the exact reason why those accounts were banned so they can defend themselves. If you are not going to tell them why they were banned, then the least you can do is to let them withdraw their initial deposits.
