It's your mistake you will face it no matter what, no matter if it involves another person but blaming others is not a good thing, it will drag you down. Also, mistakes are a natural thing in life, without them, we won't be learning mistakes brought as lessons as long as we reflect and learn from them. Mistakes can't be undone so you should face them and try to find a solution or another way around to solve or fix it.

Here's the point. As long as we blame something whether it's on other people or something that is around us forever we won't change and this looks like childishness.
As for mistakes, we actually need them because we will never be better than before if there are no mistakes and turn those mistakes into experiences.
Many people fail but only a few of those who fail can get back up and become successful because they know the momentum and they learn from the mistakes they made before.

People should realize this and this should how people make out some dealing because if you do just simply accept your losses and mistakes and turned your back then you wont really be that progressive
for whatever things you've been dealing with and this is the main mistake for most people.They do love to have that progressive life for whatever they are dealing with but they are really that afraid on taking up some risk and this is why they dont really see themselves on enhancing the way that they do live.If they do want to having that financial freedom
then grinding would be the best thing to be done.
