Improving their service is welcomed but how they do it matters or at least for me as I said if they are going to deal with it in the harshest way like banning the account and forcing them to withdraw the deposited funds when their system is affected by a glitch or something because I feel the reputed casino at least will compensate the user won rewards with some money instead of saying you didn't win anything.

About the unresolved accusation, I feel the one on the trust page itself is unresolved and there are many come up when I search but I don't want to go through all of those and prove it to anyone.

Could you explain what you mean by "harsh way" and give an example? Because in my opinion it was you who used unkind words without giving a reason for your behavior.
In my opinion, you even should give an examples to not be treated frivolously.
