I think we are still in a bear market even if the bitcoin rises this time but there are still possibility that it will move backward next few days i only believe that bull run is back when prices jump to 30k$ above for now its not a bull run for me.

^It is a normal fluctuation and I cannot conclude if we are in a bull market.
Because it is expected that there is price resistance after a massive dropped and we are experiencing this now. Sometimes we need to be careful of this because it could be a trap, investing in high prices but later on, it will possibly drop.
