I cannot tell you for sure that the bear market is over bu what I can tell you is that a ne accummulation phase has taken place. We may see it goong down to its current support but I actually believe that thrre is an accummulation phase ongoing.
Indeed. It is difficult to know whether it is over or not. 
However, surely there is already a good improvement in crypto market. Most crypto coins have big increases in prices (value), it indicates that we have a better situation now. I believe as long as BTC can stay above $20k, crypto market trend will begin to be better and better. It seems BTC price to start raise constantly, so we can expect the prices of altcoins will grow, too. Although we don't know if the bear market is over or not, we can see that crypto market looks better this year.
