Have you tried to open the system monitor page about what they are saying? If you face such type of issue then are you able to sell your doge coin? If you can sell your dogecoin then sell on the and buy from another website. It will make you a little loss. The updates happened a long ago there is no reason to hold the fund for these types of time.

Yes of course, I looked at their so called "system monitor" and they just say that the withdraws are offline LOL. I just saw in their ANN thread that the wallet is in maintenance since April 2020! Undecided

We can sell them in their spot market but the buying orders are 10x times below the prices of the market. BTW if someone trusts them and doesn't bother to wait, he can buy Doges at a very cheap price.
