This exchange had a habit of asking KYC with different kinds of documents which is mostly, sometimes on different language, they will ask one document after another until its users give up their stuck money there which is very unfortunate.
I wonder why you used HitBTC at first place. At least you could have gone through the reviews before making any deposits there..
Click bait marketing ads, too good to be true offer ads, or probably this is only available exchange where OP's tokens got listed. Like you did, i always wonder why people still use such shitty exchange, a single "hitbtc review" in google will give you lots of reasons why you should avoid them in the very first place.
