Anyone here try to use the support ticket of Blackjack.fun on discord server like me? I try to use it yesterday because the live support button on the casino is not available. I create a ticket but theres no one answering in the discord ticket whenever the live chat support is not available too. Does same admin handling all the concerns in both discord and live chat?
I think it will be good they will assign different admin to handle support ticket on discord. Btw discord support ticket is much better on live support because you can leave your concern even if admin is offline unlike live support which doesnt record all the previous conversation.

Currently the team is pretty small I think, so that's the main reason. However let's hope that if the site grows, the staff also grows, but for now people need to be a bit more patient to have their case handled.
I understand the blackjack.fun situation but the live support should be available anytime so that user can concerns even if the admin is offline since we have different time zone and probably the admin working might be in opposite to some other player. Maybe adding the admin time zone and working hours on the live chat whenever they are offline as automatic reply is helpful.
I have fun on this casino due to multiple free spins available just by voting and playing a couple of bets.
