@tam31 didn't post any address in its posting history, it will make it more difficult for you to recover the account ^{[if it is really hacked].} You won't get any help from the recovery team as long as you don't have signed message, so I guess this is tricky case. IP can change if you use TOR, it is not guarantee that the account has changed hands.

If you have valid proof that the account has changed hands due to being hacked, then contact the recovery team instead of getting the thread. I hope they can handle your problem better.
