Among all the things that the OP listed I think I will agree on the holding part. If people do this all together then the price won't fluctuate anymore but it doesn't make sense because for what if will just buy and Hodl without selling? Let's admit it that all of us came here because of the profit potential that bitcoin can possibly give to us. So I guess all we just have to do is like you said, faced it and embraced it.

Volatility isn't really that bad if we think about it because we can still be able to buy at lows and then sell at highs. We can avoid volatility and that is if we won't watch the price. We can go out for a while and come back after some years only to sell.
