Jackbit denied my withdraw and told me an investigation is underway for my account. I have deposited 500$, placed 12 bets in total and was going to withdraw 937.15$ total (so 437.15$ profit). I asked them the reason for the investigation and they refuse to tell me because it's their company's terms to not share info about an ongoing investigation with a customer and just told me that they will update me via email and that it can take up to 6 months.

Any ideas of what I should do? I have just filled a complaint with their gaming commission, should I also open a thread on scam accusations?

I've been through this exact same thing with Freshbet which also is owned by Rykers. They literally gave me hell as it took months to get out my funds. I got them after I submitted a complaint at Askgamblers.

I gave everyone a heads up here earlier when Jackbit required a video-KYC from me and that they took their time to verify it.

Im so sick of this industry and this is one of the reasons why.
Maybe they are fond of holding on funds. Pretty disappointing thing that a casino can do. Most of us hate KYC but I think they are taking advantage of it and delaying the payment for their customers. It is an absolute hassle to participate on a regular KYC, What more from a video KYC. I haven't experienced that but I know it is a very hassle thing to do and adding to that is the time to verify it. You experienced being hold out by the same company twice, Why would you still play on casino that is run by them. This kind of even can happen again and again since there's a chance that they are hoping that their customer won't participate in these KYC and keep your money. I participated on regular KYC on some casino and it's fast, I don't know why average ranked casino like this take too much time in verifying their customers.

I really don't mind doing a KYC, as long as I can collect what I deservedly earned.

Why would you even question why I opened an account on Jackbit, to make money obviously.
Do you think this is the only company that has made me go through the hassle? Im used to this shit.
