So don't worry, the original poster's nominations are legit. The problem is that some are really too lazy and, for making more posts or for whatever weird reason they may have, they just copy what others nominated, without realizing that by doing so they also influence the results of the competition. And, excepting that the idea itself is weird and unethical, it may also impact some candidates which will receive multiple votes only because someone is too lazy to think about who he thinks is more suitable to a certain category.

Oooops that escalated quickly Oo I was barely trying to say something funny in my earlier post, about reporting for plagiarism, initiating of a flag and negative feedback.

Nevertheless, it actually is plagiarism, although it's a very dumb one

I did not actually think to do all those actions. But anyway, it was unfair what the user did, this can't be denied. Let's see the resolution of the report now. This may create a precedent for future contests and, in case the report will be marked as Good and a penalty will be applied to the user then this may be a good incentive for everybody to avoid copy-pasting even it the context is a contest on the forum.
