As far as I can remember in the last 5 seasons (including this one), only Manchester City (17/18 & 18/19) and Liverpool (19/20) have actually managed to win 32 of 38 match in season. Meanwhile, Arsenal have only been able to win 23 matches in the last 9 seasons (16/17), and that is the highest amount they have won.

Almost every team in the Premier League is strong. There is no way to call any team weak here. And so it becomes difficult for the teams at the top of the table to consistently win every match. I think Arsenal and City upcoming won't win every match. But the team that can perform more consistently will be the champion.

Arsenal's performance last season was very poor. Arsenal was 24 points behind Manchester City at the top of the table. But Arsenal has been playing well in almost every match this season. And against relatively weak teams they are able to dominate. And if the dominance of Arsenal players are able to continue then Arsenal has a better chance of winning the title.
