He has already proven that the article was taken from somewhere and does not belong to him in any way by telling us the source of the article in his first sentence. It is not plagiarism; it is simply another poor citation from the OP. from his post history, op is just another copy and paster. Maybe you give him a pM and asked him to cite his work.

I'm not sure he intentionally cited the incorrect source; if you have the correct link, please provide it and help heal the world.
I saw him a few times on the local board, making duplicate threads and copy/pasting blog articles to fish merits and gain activity points. It's disappointing to see a community member reported for plagiarism. We will continue to guard honest newbies, not just those looking for a quick rank to join signature campaigns.
