I am not completely sure what you write is true, because I think that base reward depends on personal stats, if you use it a lot, without wagering, betting or playing multiply game, it will decrease. So by wagering, you can increase the base reward, but even if you don't do any wagering you can claim the base reward every hour. As you can see as the price of Bitcoin is higher the base reward is lower, and vice versa.
The question is will it rise enough to affect WoF spin prizes? I have 996 free spins waiting, I am not sure if should I spin them while the prizes are max 50... I planned to wait for the next Lambo draw.
