Yeah Osimhen always score a goal in this season, it's similar like Haaland, I wouldn't surprised if he will join any English top clubs. It's really risky if he join Chelsea because Chelsea currently have really bad performance and it will ruin his reputation. But if he's successfully become a hard carry for Chelsea, he could become the highest paid player, otherwise he will join other club which can offer high payment rate.

Yes, it will be a decision that will risk his career if Osimhen decides to join Chelsea. I believe there is still a better team for him than Chelsea now.
