The "price promise" basically just encourages batch 1 customers to believe that they subsidized BA developing a FAB that they can then use to cut lucrative deals later on, leaving batch 1 suckers holding the bag.

Hey Batch 2 customers have paid also and they don't even get any compensation they have had to wait also maybe not as long as batch.
