The problem in quiz question #1 is: tooltip

This happened to not use the tooltip in question #1. This is what @GazetaBitcoin said recently

Which is not among the 4 options, let's explain why, 40 was correct until 2022, then, at the beginning of 2023, a translation was added so the correct answer is 41, and it is updated to 41 instead of 40. But recently a new translation was added, so now the correct answer is 42, hope there are no complaints about quiz question #1
