Confronting myself with him I was ashamed of myself that sometimes I complain or take it out on problems or misadventures that don't even have a thousandth of the seriousness of those he's facing.

What clearly transpires even if he never told me openly is that he cares much more for his family than for his own fate.

I never thought I could care so much about someone I've never met in person, I trust him much more than many people who are close to me and I've known for a long time.

He his narcissist and know to use other emotion to make them do what they want.

If you have proof you better give proper proof for all the things he wrote and show paper from the hospital.
