Its not allowed to have multiple account if both of the account is active. But since your old account is dormant already, I think they will allow this because you are not abusing their bonus. They became strict before because some player was abusing their tournament by having multiple account to secure multiple spot on tournament since only few players participating before.
Contact admin via live support or email and inform them that you use your new account and request for closure of your old account.
