I create new account because I cant access anymore my old account. I forgot already my email that use. Its ok because VIP program is not yet introduced because my previous wager volume is still useless at this moment. I will just try to recover it and request to close my new account once VIP program is already available.
Oh, but did you contact them to recover your wallet? Multiple accounts thing is really very strict for every crypto casino. I think you should contact them to recover your account, at least they can help you to remember your email address. And if you can easily recover your email password.
Good advice, I am personally wondering why some people end up forgetting the email address they created by themselves, in a time when mobile devices can easily remember stuffs like this even if it was 10 years ago.
Anyways, like you said, for others who encounter such a problem, rushing to make a new account always seem like the best option at the time but it is always better to try all means possible to recover your old account, I've had this experience once, I rushed to make a new account and the new account was blocked while i had my fund in there simply because it had similar information as the old, i later had to contact the casino, and they helped me recover my old account and transferred the fund i had in the blocked new account to the old one they helped me recover.
