Since the ~~active businessman~~ scammer said he will install a XMR wallet, this means he did not have one, right? Then taking into consideration that there are infinitesimal chances for him to delete a XMR wallet just after paying to c0ldbrewz (as he would not have any reason to do that), we conclude that he made the payment on Monero network without having a wallet, which is, again, pure magic. Fabulous! Am I missing something here?

Even if he did send the payment (that's a big IF) and then deleted the wallet or lost access to it for whatever reason, and he later restores the wallet from the mnemonic seed, he will no longer have access to the secret TX key of the transaction. This is because the key can only be obtained from the local wallet used to create the transaction. But I bet he didn't know that, as he repeated the same lie in the Discord chat:
