I have just seen another thread in the scam accusations where the accuser claimed that they had told him that the investigation could take up to 6 months. That's a heck of a long time to be honest, I don't know whether they already resolved his issue as the Jackbit representative had tried to get in touch with him at that time.

I hope Jackbit team try as much as possible to speed up the investigation processes and avoid hurting their reputation with unresolved scam accusations that keep dragging on for long.

I think the support team told me that completing an investigation takes up to 6 months is like the max line on such a serious problem and usually if the alleged issue is not that serious it probably won't take up to 6 months it should have been resolved.
it's true if every problem at a casino that isn't resolved immediately will eventually risk the reputation of the casino itself and look bad in the eyes of other gamblers. on the other hand Jackbit is a casino that can be said to be new which should solve problems more quickly so that the trust and reputation of this casino is maintained and it doesn't change for the worse.
and I also hope that the Jackbit team will immediately solve any existing problems so that everything will look fine.
