No, it's not the reason. The delay of response is happening to other users too. They have a lot of requests. I think they should prepare new way to solve issues. 25 days delay is really too much.

Anyway since the representative in this forum isn't active since last year, you can ask on their forum, maybe their representative want to reply you.

They dont answer from anywhere when you go telegram and say 'my account closed' mods only can say you 'go live support or mail' nothing more. And when you go live support they only saying go mail , and when you sent mail them they dont answer you. Sounds like not SCAM? Just asking. I'm not even talking about their forum.
