We all know that often times service announcement thread ends up having unrelated discussion from what the thread is intended. Beside they already announced that they will be closing the announcement thread while doing some probably major renovation.
it actually seems to me that Owl.games representatives don't need to lock the ANN thread so as not to raise bad suspicions against the Owl.games casino.
even if there's going to be a major renovation later and the team is too busy with the development, keep the thread running and respond to any complaints when the development is complete.
so that all of us who are here do not have a bad feeling about Owl.games. because it's like avoiding a problem when there is an unresolved customer complaint but the representative chooses to lock the thread. it would only make the situation worse.
