If you say about a thousand dollars to new ATH in Bitcoin, you have misunderstood the actual price of Bitcoin right now. After all, a thousand dollar increase also doesn't mean Bitcoin will be at the new ATH immediately, but there are still many price levels for Bitcoin to pass within this year for the new ATH.

Regarding investing in real estate and agriculture and other places, I don't think it's a problem whatsoever as long as you have the ability to do it.
