This increases the responsibility of DT members not to give negative trust for stupid reasons, but only for things that cause you to believe that the person is a scammer.

I suspected the same, that means a real scammer could operate under the radar undetected just by having positive feed back. This new system has only 2 different flag types which punishes the supporters if they post a wrong flag, the third one which I have does not affect the supporters in any way. Thanks.
