When I saw this site in 2017, I was also able to get 1k sats or 500 sats or 300 sats every hour during those times.
That's why if you do that now, it seems like a waste of time, although you can still get free btc via faucets, so it's just a few sats because the value of bitcoin in 2017 is far different from today's 2023. It's not practical to do this anymore in my opinion.

It some how looks childish though. To be doing and hoping on a faucets to get something that tangible is very ridiculous. I believe early adopters were the once that benefited from the faucets at the early stage because at then the price of bitcoin was very low so
they could do it without the thought of wasting their precious time compared to now that bitcoin price is very high and one getting engaged in that faucet is more or less you wasting your time. I would prefer to buy and trade than doing that everyday. The thought of me doing that is not feasible to talk of.
