I can admit that I am very harsh with the casinos that do not have an announcement thread on the forum as I am basically treat them as if they do not exist.

There must be a few good casinos out there that do not advertise on the forum, but since there are so many scams casinos out there I am not taking any risk and I gamble only at the casinos which have a thread here as if something happened to go wrong and I did nothing wrong I know the community will back me up, and the pressure we can generate together will be enough for the casino to do the right thing, as most casinos are not willing to ruin their reputation over something so small like a disgruntled customer.

Playing at a casino with threads on this forum can at least help us quickly get answers or problem solving because we have seen many representatives of each casino who are quite active in responding to chats from their members. And if any of us encountered an unprecedented problem, the representative would immediately explain or pass it on to a technician at the casino to help sort it out. I'm also not really interested in playing at a casino that doesn't have threads on this forum because I feel it's a bigger risk so if we encounter a problem, we'll be confused about where to complain.

Yes you are right that mate once the casino have announcement thread here in our community it's easy for us to report the owner or the facilitator of the casino because we are here every hours. While playing in the outside casinos which is too risky cause if there's a problem only Thing you can do is report it to thier customer services which is there's a time that thier facilitator not just very active in terms of reporting.

That is one of the uses if the casino has an announcement thread about its casino. It can help every member here or outsiders who find the casino in this forum so that they and we can ask more questions about casino rules or other things. But when people find casinos out there from search engines and run into problems, they may find it difficult to ask questions because not all casinos can have active customer service 24/7. But hopefully, when people want to find recommended casinos from search engines, they will stop by these forums and find the right casino for them and can avoid scam casinos.
