Forex trading gave birth to crypto trading from the concept of forex trading then brought the idea of leverage trading in Cryptos , but here the difference is in the spot trading where you own the very asset and can hodl until it gains value like the stock market, you only lose whenever you liquidate your portfolio if you are in the losing side.

If you aren't aware Forex is the largest money market in the whole world, day trading volume is about 6.6 trillion dollars per day. There are also a lot of money to be made trading forex, you can trade Gold which is volatile, Nasdaq, S&P 500, Crude oil in the forex market and can make huge amount of money depending on your capital.

If I may add also, it also depends on the person's know-how on respective markets.
