Almost people are free to use it and not much restrictions in the name of legality. People are free to use it all around. When the legality of any country is declared people freely openup and this paves path for better progress in the market. The spreading happens in a faster way, as people who were investing in cryptocurrency secretly will talk about it. More unknown people will get to know about it. More positive things could happen associated with bitcoin.
