So far it looked like it was an easy win for him. Stipe Miocic promised to smash Jones. Hope we wont have to wait years before Jones fights again. Who else we have among heavyweights ? Pavlovich ? Imho that is going to be copy/paste fight against Gane. Imho a wrestler is needed to win, a wrestler that will counter Jones wrestling, the one who will be able to throw bombs.

Jon Jones does not need to fight again to cement his place as the greatest fighter in history, just look at his fighting career and he basically took on undefeated fighters throughout his career and even Jon Jones promised to stop Stipe Miocic before the championship rounds and with Stipe at 40 years and not fighting for the past two years, it will be a challenge for him against Jon Jones.

No offense for this, but does Jon Jones is deserved to become top 1 P4P in men's UFC? he was at 10th position and only fight once time with the best fighter in heavyweight, now he's beat Makhachev which previously have beat Volkanovski. From my personal opinion, Makhachev should be on top 1, Volkanovski top 2 and then followed with Jones to be in top 3.

Jon Jones is basically undefeated in the UFC for the past decade fighting against the best, 15 title fights and he is regarded as the best ever to do that and he is the epitome of pound of pound best.
