I dont know what kind of responds to while while Duckdice admin clearly answer your concern last march 6 with that explanation. Doing arbitrage bets is against casino terms of service so you should be patient on the result. You wont be on this tight spot if you are playing normally because theres no way in this planet that bookmaker will choose randomly to accuse for arbs betting without any basis.
You are still lucky that Duckdice is still giving you consideration for re-evaluating your case despite the game provider already flagged you as arbs better.
A betting platform can also ban players that they think are winning too much. That is how strict they are. There are still scam bookmakers out there who can accuse a player even if those players are only playing the game in a fair way. This is why it's important to check the reputation of that bookmaker first before we start playing on them.
As far as I am aware of, I've not come across any casino that banned a user for winning too much, some cases i have seen on this issue is where the user is limited to only being able to bet or play some certain games the casino knows that the user does not win that much on, or is not so good in.
Some casinos that try to be a bit fair on the user do still allow the user to play their favorite games or bet on their favorite sports, but they will be limited on the amount of money they can bet on the game.
This is as far as I know, I've never come across someone complaining about being banned for winning too much.
