Does the automatic withdrawal is already back or it still need admin approval to process withdrawal?

I mean BTC as a prizes in the previous week when it hasn't been updated but now all prizes are paid in USDT
I think withdrawals are still being processed manually but it doesn't take long about 5-30 minutes
After all now that customer support is available we can contact them if we want the process to be faster.

5-30 minutes manual withdrawal is not bad compared before. This is the reason why Im currently not playing frequently because I always lost patience whenever my withdrawal is stuck for a long time that result to play more until I lose. It happened to me many times so preferred instant withdrawal rather than manual withdrawal.

Customer support helps a lot to give us peace of mind for the manual withdrawal because the admin can push the transaction. I will give an update here once Im start playing once again.
