Yeah, I agree and all of it is true. As we can see, unlike some other casinos that have made their threads but never responded to any concern on their threads, the staff isn't like that here.

I am very sorry for what happened. I spoke to my team about it and they assured me it will never happen again. It was a miscommunication between some staff members.
