I had the exact same experience in 2019. I was put through KYC 3 times, same documents, bizarre requests, no response.
Their trademark scam.
They have been doing this business for a long time. I don't know why gamblers join this website after so many negative reports.
There are many gamblers like you who have had similar experiences on this website. They give various excuses including Kyc to scam their customers' funds, so don't expect anything more from them because at the end of the day they will scam you.
I have come to realize that amongst all the complaints of scam relating to 1xbit, the victims are majorly newbies who have no idea about the activities of 1xbit. I start to wonder if they really put efforts in researching about the casinos they are about dealing with. They do not in any way attempt to check on reviews about this particular casino to know their true state and what people are saying about the casinos they are about identifying with. They just get registered because they saw the advert on bonuses or someone told them that based on referrals. After getting registered and being scammed, they look for this platform to start crying and complaining for possible help.
I have no doubt that most of the newbies complaining are old members that are fully aware of the 1xbit scam activities but still pay deaf ears and when they get scammed, they disguise themselves in a newbie account complaining on being scammed.
