I think that a monthly bonus of 10% subject to some level of playing or even a regularity in the playing, like at least 3 days a week, would attrac the right customer for a site. You do not want people who will stay there 4 hours a day, because for most that is simply not possible to afford in the long term, but encouraging the play without promoting the addiction is probably the sweet spot to find.
